Female Student Of RSUST Goes Topless On Campus to Mark Students Cultural Day

In the celebration of the cultural day at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, this female student (pictured) took the occasion very seriously when she showed up topless. She was channeling a King's wife from her home town. Students from respective tribes wore different traditional attires to showcase their culture.
