I Will Pay Every HIV-Positive South African 50,000Rands (₦840,000) To Wear A Tattoo - Jacob Zuma

HIV positive South Africans that volunteer to be marked near their genital area with a tattoo depicting their status, will in addition get free counselling, medication, and be paid 50,000 Rands, an equivalent of ₦840,000 each, according to a bill newly signed by President Jacob Zuma.
