14-year-old Bride Who Poisoned Her Husband is Being Discharged And Acquitted

A Kano High Court located in Gezawa, on Tuesday, discharged 14-year-old Wasila Tasiu over the murder of her late husband and 3 others.

In a landmark judgement, Justice ruled that based on the formal application before the court from the office of the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, “the case is hereby terminated and the accused is discharged”
