Justice E Chukwu of a Federal High court sitting in Abuja has granted the former governor of Adamawa state, Murtala Nyako and his son, Abdulaziz Nyako, bail of ₦350 million.
It will be recalled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had arraigned Nyako and his son before a court on charges bordering on corruption, abuse of office and money laundering on Wednesday.
