Top american singer and rapper, Chris Brown was banned from leaving Philippines on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, for not paying up the concert fee he owed.
Yesterday, the singer released a video pleading with President Barack Obama to help him leave the country as soon as possible.
Brown has been released by the Philippines government. Breezy confirmed the news by sharing a video from the airport.
